He told me my front door lock did not need replacement and instead clean and lubricated the current lock. I sincerely believe he would have fixed the small ding had I asked him to (it's a wood floor, it's going to get dinged). I appreciate him apologizing and accepting responsibility. I believe that is rare in today's world of poor customer service and chronic ghosting. Because of this I have increased the rating to 4-star. I also recommend him to others as he clearly cares about providing quality service and will call him again should the need arise. Initial review: Sound installation of locks and punctual, however Mario did not clean up his mess after installation (wood shavings, packaging for new lock, etc). He also put a gouge in my beautiful hardwood floors that I noticed after his departure. Would have given 5 stars if not for these 2 issues. It's the small stuff that counts. Response to owner's response: Mario, I can assure you the damage was done by your tools. I take leaving reviews very seriously as I understand that this can affect your livelihood.
